One client per hour
I don't run classes, and I don't stack clients into the same time slot. Your hour is your hour. That's not a luxury add-on, it's how the coaching works: I watch your form every rep, adjust the plan when your body or your week demands it, and nothing gets phoned in because someone else needs attention. That's the private in private training.
When you have 45 minutes between meetings, none of it should go to a workout designed for someone else.
A program built for one person
A class gives thirty people the same workout. An app gives everyone the same template. Your program starts from your training history, your injuries, your schedule, and your goals, and it changes every week based on what actually happens, not what a spreadsheet predicted.
I review bloodwork with my clients too, so training connects to what your doctor sees at your next physical. I'm a coach, not a doctor, so keep your doctor in the loop.
Tony, on what changed in his bloodwork
Tony works in entertainment. In six months of coaching, his cholesterol numbers changed, and he describes it in under a minute.
Train where you focus best
Some people want private sessions at home or in their building's gym, with zero commute and no one waiting for the rack. I come to clients from Hollywood west to Century City and Bel Air. Home sessions have a travel charge.
Others want to get out of the house. We train 1-on-1 at Transform Fitness on West 3rd Street near The Grove, Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 6 PM.
Health numbers, not only the scale
A lot of the people I coach care about more than their weight. They want their blood pressure and cholesterol to look better at their next checkup.
Michael P. works in medicine. In eight months, he lost 35 pounds and his blood pressure came back to normal. Aaron's LDL cholesterol dropped 26 points in four months.

Private by default
What you share with me stays between us. That includes your health numbers, your goals, and whatever is going on at work. The clients you see on this site chose to share their stories. Whether you ever do is your call, not mine.
How to get started
Your first in-person session is free. If you're traveling a lot, we can also start with online coaching. Programs start with a 3-month minimum.
Common questions
Is every session really 1-on-1?
Yes. I don't run classes or stack clients into the same hour. When we train, my attention is on you, every rep.
What makes this different from a class or an app?
A class gives thirty people the same workout. An app gives everyone the same template. I build your program around your body, your schedule, your injuries, and your bloodwork, and I adjust it every week based on what actually happens.
Will I end up on your website?
Only if you want to. Every client story on this site is shared with permission. Whether you're ever featured is your call, not mine.
Is a private personal trainer worth it?
Depends what you're buying. If it's just a list of exercises, no, an app is cheaper. What you're paying for is attention: form checked every rep, a program that adjusts to your real week, and someone who notices when something isn't working before you've wasted a month on it.
How much does it cost?
It depends on how often we train and where. I go over pricing after your free first session.
