How it works
Every week, we meet one on one by video. We look at how your training, food, and sleep went, and we plan the week ahead.
I write your program for the gym you actually use, and I update it every month. Between calls, you can check in with me by text or Voxer. Once a month, we sit down and review your progress.
If you want, you can get bloodwork done at a lab near you, and I'll help you understand the results. Lab fees are separate, and this is coaching, not medical care.
Who it's for
Online coaching is a good fit if you live outside Los Angeles or travel a lot for work. Most of my clients are busy executives and founders who have tried other programs and stalled.
Justin is a good example of why a plan has to travel well. When he was away for a month for work, I found the gym near his Airbnb and built his workouts around it. He still lost 20+ pounds and hit his goal right when I said he would.
“I also ask a lot of questions, and in 6 months, I never asked Onur something that he didn't know or couldn't find out.”

How to get started
Online coaching starts with a free 30-minute call. We'll talk about your goals and your schedule, and whether this is a good fit.
Programs start with a 3-month minimum. Live in Los Angeles? You can also train with me in person.
Common questions
Is online coaching as good as in-person training?
You get the same plan, the same weekly coaching, and the same support between calls. The only thing that changes is that I'm not in the room when you train.
What equipment do I need?
I build your plan around the gym you can get to, even a hotel gym when you travel.
How do we stay in touch?
