Why smart, driven people get stuck
The people I work with are some of the most disciplined people I know. They can close deals and run teams. Then they can't keep a promise to themselves about the gym.
It's rarely about knowing what to do. Work eats the calendar, stress wrecks sleep, and the plan falls apart by Thursday. What helps is a plan that expects that, plus someone who helps you see why it keeps happening.
How this is different from a regular trainer
A regular trainer counts your reps. I do that too. I also coach the parts of your life that show up in your body, like food, sleep, stress, and bloodwork.
I'm trained in Co-Active coaching, so we also talk about what keeps getting in your way. Justin said it well: “It was more than just training. It really was coaching.”
Built around a packed calendar
I work around your schedule. Justin wrote in his review that I found time to see him even on days he only had one free hour.
Travel doesn't have to stop your progress. When Justin was on location for a month for work, I found the gym near his Airbnb and wrote workouts for the equipment there. I also suggested meals he could get delivered.
You can text me between sessions, and I usually reply within a few hours.

Health numbers that matter
A lot of executives look at their bloodwork once a year and forget about it. I help you understand yours and use it in your plan. If a result needs a doctor's eyes, I'll tell you and send you back to yours.
Aaron's LDL cholesterol dropped 26 points in four months while he lost 26 pounds. I'm a coach, not a doctor, so keep your doctor in the loop. Bloodwork is included for clients who commit to six months. On shorter programs, labs are billed at cost.
How to get started
In Los Angeles, your first in-person session is free. Outside LA, we start with the free online assessment, 45 minutes on video, and then we can work together online.
What you share with me stays between us. In-person programs start with a 3-month minimum; online executive coaching is a six-month engagement.
Common questions
What does an executive fitness coach do?
I plan your training, coach your food and sleep, and help you stick with it when work gets crazy. Most clients train with me in person, and some work with me online.
How much time does this take each week?
Most clients train with me 2 or 3 times a week. We pick the number that fits your calendar, and I plan around your travel.
How much does it cost?
In-person coaching is a private membership, limited to fifteen clients. Pricing depends on how often we train and where, and I go over it at your free first session.
Is what I share kept private?
Yes. What you share with me stays between us.
