Built for Century City hours
Century City runs on long days. My clients work in law, finance, entertainment, and tech, and their calendars change every week. Most of them have a gym membership they never use. A training plan that only works in a calm week is useless here.
We train early before the office, or wherever the day has room. I plan around trial weeks, deal closings, and travel, and you can text me between sessions. I usually reply within a few hours.
Health numbers, not only the scale
A lot of the people I coach care about more than their weight. They want their blood pressure and cholesterol to look better at their next checkup.
Michael P. works in medicine. In eight months, he lost 35 pounds and his blood pressure came back to normal. Aaron's LDL cholesterol dropped 26 points in four months. I review bloodwork with my clients, so training connects to what your doctor sees at your next physical. I'm a coach, not a doctor, so keep your doctor in the loop.

Where we train
If you live in one of the Century City towers, your building gym is often the easiest place to train. I come to you, we use what's there, and you skip the commute entirely. I also train clients at home in parts of Century City. Text me your address and I'll confirm. Home and building sessions have a travel charge.
Work in Century City but live somewhere else? We'll train near home, or early at Transform Fitness on West 3rd Street before you head to the office. Sessions run Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 6 PM.
Private by default
What you share with me stays between us. That includes your health numbers, your goals, and whatever is going on at work.
How to get started
Your first in-person session is free. If you're traveling a lot, we can also start with online coaching. Programs start with a 3-month minimum.
Common questions
Do you come to homes in Century City?
Yes, in parts of Century City. Text me your address and I'll confirm. Home sessions have a travel charge.
Can we train in my building's gym?
Yes. Most Century City residential towers have a gym, and that's often the easiest way to train. Text me your building and I'll tell you if the setup works.
Is what I share kept private?
Yes. What you share with me stays between us.
How much does it cost?
It depends on how often we train and where. I go over pricing after your free first session.
