Who we are

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you text, call, or email us, we receive your name, phone number, email address, and anything you choose to share in your message. If you become a client, we also collect the information you share as part of coaching, such as your goals, training history, schedule, and health or fitness details you choose to provide.

Information collected automatically. This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to collect information such as the pages you view, the buttons you tap, the site that referred you, your device and browser type, and your approximate location based on your IP address.

Hosting records. Our website host, Netlify, keeps standard server records, including IP addresses and request times, to deliver and secure the site.

How we use your information

We use your information to reply to you, schedule sessions, provide coaching and training, understand how the site is used so we can improve it, and keep the site secure.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as Google (analytics), Netlify (website hosting), and our phone and email providers, and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Health and coaching information

Beneviv is not a medical provider. Anything you share with us about your health, body, or life as part of coaching is kept confidential and used only to coach you. We do not share it without your permission unless required by law.

We feature client photos, results, and testimonials on this site only with that client's permission.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also stop Google Analytics from collecting your visit data by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. To learn how Google uses this data, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. This site does not currently respond to those signals.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email onur@beneviv.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may keep some information when the law requires it.

California residents: we do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services, and meet legal and business obligations.

Security

This site uses HTTPS encryption, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Other websites

This site links to other websites, such as Yelp and the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce. Their privacy policies, not this one, apply when you visit them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date below.
